What are Customer Support Services
Customer support services are services that provide a mechanism for a vendor's (that would be us) customers
to report defects or other issues associated with the vendor's product and to have them resolved
in a timely fashion.
Currently we provide telephone support. When in need of customer support services, merely call us
at (888) 608-5471 then select option 4 and leave a message including a detailed description of the issue at hand.
Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
We are also investigating the possible implementation of an issue ticketing and tracking system. This would allow
clients to visit a page on our website and enter issues or questions relating to a client's website.
Additionally, for a monthly fee we provide several levels of website and marketing administrative support. This
relieves you the client from the burden of having to learn how and what to do to keep a website current and fresh in
the database of a search engine.
Also keep in mind that marketing and web promotion, in general, is our full time job so that we can provide these
insights and acquired knowledge to the benefit our clients.
